Refund policy

At LaceUpClub, customer trust is our top priority. Every sneaker we sell is 100% authentic and verified before shipping. As we specialize in limited-edition and high-demand sneakers, our policies are designed to maintain transparency while respecting the sourcing process of rare items.

Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Unable to Source: If we are unable to source your order, it will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Defective or Not as Described: If the product delivered has a defect or does not match the product description.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

⚠️ Important: Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect size selection, particularly for limited-edition or pre-order items, as these pairs are sourced specifically for each customer.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Due to the rarity of sneakers sold at LaceUpClub, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

2. For defective items:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear product photos, order details, and an unboxing video.
  • Our team will review and arrange a suitable resolution — refund or replacement  (based on availability).

Cancellations

1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer due to the custom sourcing process.

2. In rare cases where LaceUpClub cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and process a 100% refund.
