- In-hand stock: typically dispatches in 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri, IST).
- Pre-orders / recent releases: typically dispatch in 20–24 business days due to international sourcing and processing.
- Delivery time: after dispatch, most India deliveries arrive in 2–5 business days (courier and location dependent). You’ll receive tracking at dispatch.
When your order ships, we send an email/SMS with your tracking number and link. You can also check status from your account’s order history.
Yes. Each item is inspected by our team before dispatch (style code match, materials/stitching, labels/packaging, and condition; app-assisted checks where applicable). Orders include a LaceUpClub purchase invoice. Brand/store invoices or manufacturer certificates are not provided.
No. LaceUpClub operates as an independent reseller. We are not an authorised retailer and are not affiliated with Nike, adidas (including Yeezy), On, New Balance or any other brands featured. We source through vetted retail and collector channels.
- Due to the limited-release nature of products, we don’t accept general returns or size exchanges.
- We accept returns if the item is defective or not as described. Please notify us within the window stated in our Refund Policy and keep all tags/packaging intact.
Most pairs are sourced to order, so size exchanges are not available. Please review the size chart and reach out before purchasing—our team can help with fit guidance.
Refunds are issued if we cannot fulfil your order or if a return is approved for a defective/incorrect item. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. See details in our Refund Policy.
Yes. We ship pan-India using reliable courier partners and secure packaging. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
