Trading Card Authenticity, Condition, Packaging & Claims Policy

At LaceUpClub, we are committed to selling only authentic trading card products including sealed products, raw singles, graded slabs, and collectibles across various TCG categories.

All products are sourced from trusted suppliers, collectors, distributors, trade-ins, and verified channels. In the unlikely event that a customer receives a counterfeit item, LaceUpClub will offer a full refund following successful review of the claim and supporting evidence.

To be eligible for counterfeit claims, customers must provide:
• A full continuous unboxing video
• Clear photos of the packaging and product
• Claim submission within 48 hours of delivery

Claims submitted without proper unboxing evidence or outside the 48-hour claim window may not be eligible for review.

Packaging & Shipping

At LaceUpClub, all trading card products are packed carefully using protective packaging methods including sleeves, top loaders, bubble wrap, and double-boxed shipping where applicable.

However, sealed trading card products are collectible items and outer packaging condition may occasionally be affected during shipping and handling by courier partners. Minor imperfections such as:
• Small dents
• Plastic seal looseness
• Corner wear
• Minor tears in shrink wrap
• Packaging creases
• Cosmetic box damage

may occur during transit despite protective packaging.

Please note:
• We do not guarantee mint condition outer packaging unless specifically stated
• Minor cosmetic damage to external packaging does not qualify as product damage
• Contents inside sealed products are manufacturer packed and cannot be guaranteed for specific pull rates, card conditions, or sealed product contents
• Actual product photos may vary slightly due to lighting and display differences

Raw Card Condition Disclaimer

Raw cards listed as Near Mint are carefully inspected before listing. However, trading cards may still contain minor factory or handling imperfections including but not limited to:
• Print lines
• Minor whitening
• Edge wear
• Centering imperfections
• Surface marks
• Roller lines
• Factory cutting imperfections
• Minor scratches or texture inconsistencies

These imperfections are common within modern trading card products and may be present even on pack-fresh cards.

Please note:
• Raw cards are ungraded unless specifically stated otherwise
• Condition assessments are subjective
• We do not guarantee PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, or any third-party grading outcomes
• Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to grading results, centering, or minor cosmetic imperfections

Transit Damage & Claims

For any transit damage claims, tampering claims, incorrect item claims, missing item claims, or counterfeit item claims, customers must provide:
• A full continuous unboxing video
• Clear photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
• Supporting images of the product condition

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video or after the 48-hour claim window may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Where a product is confirmed to have sustained significant transit damage affecting the contents inside, LaceUpClub may offer an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis following review of the submitted evidence.

Possible resolutions may include:
• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Full refund

Resolutions are provided at the discretion of LaceUpClub after assessment of the claim and supporting evidence.
